This residence was a cosmetic remodel of the coupleās two bedroom flat, addressing space planning and storage challenges while creating a warm and welcoming environment both functional and visually interesting. In the living room Nohr Interior Design complimented the narrow footprint by applying a rich taupe color on the ceiling in combination with light colored walls and furnishings. This provides a more human scale to counterbalance the high ceilings and visually expands the width of the room. In the adjacent master bedroom we applied a graphic black and white wallpaper to provide an impactful backdrop for the headboard that in turn dresses up the connecting living room. And in the powder room the walls are ornamented with enchanting gold paisley wallpaper.
